How to Access Your Sample Activation & Phenotyping

1 Login Required

You must first log into your customer account to access your order history and sample activation.

Desktop: Click the Login Icon symbol in the top right corner
Mobile: Tap the three bars ☰ then the Login Icon symbol
2 Access Order History

After logging in, you'll automatically reach your customer account. Here you'll find your order history with a table of all orders.

In the order table, click on the Sample ID link (e.g., "G00012345") in the Analysis Status column for the relevant order.

Once you've initiated the sample activation, either through your order history or the form on this page, please follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process and fill out the phenotyping form.

5 Track Progress & Retrieve Report

After Activation

Once you have submitted your information, the status for that sample will update to "Phenotype submitted" in your order history. From this point on, you can track the progress of your sample's analysis directly in the "Analysis Status" column as it moves through the laboratory stages.

Email Notification & Report Download

Once your analysis is complete, you will receive an email notification to the address registered with your account. You can then log in and find the "Retrieve Report" button in the "Analysis Status" column to download your results.

6 Start the Activation Process

A) From Your Order History: Go to your account to see your orders. In the "Analysis Status" column, click your Sample ID (e.g., G00012345) to go to the activation page with the ID pre-filled.

B) Manually on the Activation Page: Go directly to the activation page and enter your Sample ID manually.

Note: We recommend method A, as it automatically fills in your Sample ID.
